Looking for a refund? Here's a brief rundown on when and how you can request a refund.ย
For Hourly Bookings
In most cases you'll have booked under LiquidSpace's Flexible Cancellation policy. There are some exceptions (outlined here) but the majority of Hourly spaces offer a full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before your start time. ย
Tip: An easy way to confirm you're within the "refundable" period is to check whether you've been chargedโif so, cancellation is no longer eligible for an automatic refund.
That said, we understand that sometimes there are special circumstances. If you feel your situation is special, reach us and we'll discuss with your host. If they're willing to provide an exception, you'll receive a refund. Please be aware that last minute cancellations come at a cost for our venue hosts and they are not required to provide exceptions to the cancellation policy. Also, note that for certain brands, like IWG (Regus, SPACES, and HQ Offices) same day bookings are never refundable.ย

For Monthly Bookings
ย
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking or 30 days before the scheduled move-in date will receive a full refund of the initial payment.
Reservations cancelled before the move-in date, but after 24 hours and less than 30 days before the move-in date will receive a 50% refund of the initial payment.
Reservations cancelled after the move-in date will receive no refund for the initial payment and will owe for the next full calendar month. If the reservation is for a term longer than month-to-month, guest will also owe 50% of any remaining unpaid fees for the term.
