Meeting Titles can be added to any reservation with an occupancy greater than one. This allows you to provide additional context for group bookings, ensuring that all invitees understand the purpose of the meeting. For single-occupancy reservations, the Meeting Title field will not appear, as it's intended specifically for collaborative use cases where guests are involved.
By default, your first and last name will be used as the Meeting Title but you can customize it to reflect the nature of the meeting or your organization’s preferences.
During the booking process, you can enter a custom Meeting Title on the Add Guests step. Keep in mind that your invited guests will see this title in the LiquidSpace email invitation, so it's best to choose something relevant and professional.
If the booking is already made, you can still update the Meeting Title by modifying the booking and navigating to the same Add Guests step. Reminder: Invitees will see the Meeting Title so choose something relevant and professional.
- Navigate to the Reservations tab in your account. Click Modify on the appropriate reservation.
2. Click Continue to bypass this step, retaining the date and timing of your reservation.
3. Click Complete Payment to bypass this step too. Note: You won't be charged until the end of the flexible cancellation policy. This step simply confirms what you've previously agreed to pay.
4. Click Add Guests
5. Update your booking with a new Meeting Title. Click Complete when finished.
