While booking a space, our platform makes it easy to notify and invite your meeting attendees.
Using LiquidSpace to invite your attendees helps give your guests all the details on when and where you'll be meeting.Β
Your venue host will also be provided with a guest list so they can let security know who's coming and ensure smooth building entry.Β
During the booking process, you'll be given an option to Add Guests.Β You can also set a Meeting Title on this step.
Click +Add guest, enter the name and email address for each of your guests and when ready, click Complete to notify them via email of the meeting. Both name and email fields are required for each guest you invite.Β Please note: Your Meeting Title will be included in the invite so make it something professional and relevant.
Tip:Β You can also find a link to your confirmation page under the Reservations section of your profile or click View Details on your email confirmation. Β
