Most Day Pass spaces are bookable immediately.Â
If you're trying to book a day pass on short notice and finding that you can't start using the space right away, you’ve likely encountered what we call a “booking window” or an advance notice requirement. This is a setting that our partners use to ensure they have enough lead time before a guest arrives.
What Is an Advance Notice Requirement?
In essence, an advance notice requirement means that the venue needs a specified amount of time to prepare before you arrive. For example, a venue might set a two-hour booking window. This means that if you want to use a day pass on the same day, you’ll need to book it at least two hours in advance.
How This Works in Practice
Let’s say you’re hoping to book a day pass at 9:00 AM. If the venue has a two-hour advance notice requirement, the earliest you’d be able to actually enter and use the space would be 11:00 AM. This lead time allows the venue to be ready for you, ensuring that the environment is set up as needed and that there are no surprises on arrival.
Why We Have This Requirement
This policy is in place to help our venue partners manage their spaces effectively. It ensures they have the appropriate amount of time to prepare for each guest and avoids any last-minute rush that could affect your experience. By planning just a bit ahead, you help create a smoother check-in process for everyone involved.
