We understand that this is often out of our partner's control but also how this kind of thing can ruin your plans and cause stress. If this happens before or at the time of your check-in, donβt worry, youβll receive a full refund.
Our hosts are usually quick to communicate these changes with us so in most cases we'll be the first to know about the cancellation and we'll reach out via email to notify you.Β

Note: A host should never ask you to cancel and book with them directly. Per our terms they are required to use LiquidSpace to manage bookings with you, where you are protected by our Hourly DASH license.Β
Your refund will be sent to the payment method you used when you booked. The length of time it takes for you to receive the money depends on your bank or financial institution.
