Our venue partners set cancellation policies to ensure that they can manage their spaces effectively. Once you are past the cancelation deadline—often a certain number of hours before the reservation start time—the timing of your reservation is locked in. The venue has already prepared the space for you and they may have turned down other bookings to keep that slot reserved, or made arrangements specifically for your reservation.
What This Means for You
As a result, once the cancellation window has closed, you won’t be able to shorten the duration of your booking or move it to another day. This policy helps our partners maintain their schedules and ensures that spaces are available to everyone in a fair and predictable way.
