How-to: Change or cancel a reservation

We understand - plans change! You can update or cancel an hourly reservation in just a few clicks right up until 24 hours prior to your reservation start time. Alternatively, you can give your 1 month notice to vacate a recurring monthly reservation. Both options are located in the Reservations section of your LiquidSpace account.

Modifying / Cancelling A Reservation

Note: You need to be logged into LiquidSpace using the account that created the reservation in order to update or cancel it. 

FOR HOURLY RESERVATIONS...

Start by logging into LiquidSpace.com and choose Reservations from the menu on the left. Then click Modify or Cancel for the reservation you need to edit.

You can also click View Details from your upcoming reservation listing or your email confirmation.

From your reservation detail view, you can click Modify or Cancel from the booking details side bar.

Remember: 24 hour notice is required on all hourly reservation cancellations. Please review our Cancellation Policy if you have questions. 

FOR RECURRING MONTHLY RESERVATIONS...

For recurring monthly reservations, you'll need to provide 30 days notice by clicking the "Stop Auto-Renewal" link in your reservation details. 

1. Start by logging into LiquidSpace.com and choose Reservations from the menu on the left.

2. Find your reservation, click through into the Reservation Details. 

3. Click the "Stop Auto-Renewal" link pictured below and complete the steps as prompted.

Note: If your monthly reservation is a fixed term ( e.g. January until March ) then you aren't required to give notice to move out, unless moving out before the term end-date.
