Still shopping? There's an easy way to contact and communicate with LiquidSpace hosts on each venue profile page. Simply find the space you're considering and look for the mailbox icon on the right side of the page.
If you're already logged in, the form will automatically fill in your information. If not, you'll need to create an account (Don't worry! LiquidSpace accounts are free.) Complete the form and click Send Message when done. Note: Use a REAL email address that you can access.
Next you'll see the following confirmation pop up. You can click through to your LiquidSpace Messenger account to see messages or the X to dismiss. We'll also email you each time the host replies, with a link directly to the conversation in LiquidSpace messenger.
**Please remember to keep all conversations on LiquidSpace** This best-practice will help if in the future you need to reference back to something a host promised such as pricing, amenities, or other important factors of your reservation.
I have an existing booking
Immediately after you book a space on LiquidSpace, a confirmation page will provide you with contact information for your venue host. If you have any questions or need to discuss requested amenity needs like room setup or catering, you can use this information to contact the venue directly.
