LiquidSpace Cancellation Policies

Whether booking space for an hour or 6 months (or more), LiquidSpace is dedicated to providing fair and flexible booking terms. Below is an outline of the cancellation terms provided in our DASH (Direct Agreement for Space Hosting) license for Hourly or Monthly bookings.

Hourly Bookings
Hourly reservations are charged 24 hours before the reservation start time.

Reservations cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be charged. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the reservation and are not eligible for a refund.

If a reservation is booked with less than 24 hours notice, a guest will have 1 hour from the time they booked to cancel and not be charged for the reservation.

Monthly Bookings
Monthly reservations are charged at the time of booking for the first full month or any prorated dates, and a 1-month security deposit.

Flexible Cancellation Terms

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking or 30 days before the scheduled move-in date will receive a full refund of the initial payment.

Reservations cancelled before the move-in date, but after 24 hours and less than 30 days before the move-in date will receive a 50% refund of the initial payment.

Reservations cancelled after the move-in date will receive no refund for the initial payment and will owe for the next full calendar month. If the reservation is for a term longer than month-to-month, guest will also owe 50% of any remaining unpaid fees for the term.
