LiquidSpace makes it easy to accept instant online reservations for your space. When a new reservation is made, you will receive an immediate email notification with reservation and guest details. Click here for details on notification setup for your team.
There are 6 types of notifications you can receive.
When a guest makes a reservation at your space, we’ll send an email to let you know the basic information. It will include detail on the date, time, workspace, requested amenities, and price information for the reservation.
You can click the link to “View reservation” on bottom of the email to view full reservation detail, including attendee names. That will look like this:
If a guest makes a change to their reservation, you’ll receive a notification email that will highlight those changes. The detail of each change will be listed at the top of the email and then highlighted in orange on the reservation detail screen. It will look like this example:
If a guest has to cancel a reservation, we will send a cancellation notification to let you know that you don’t need to expect that guest. Cancellations notifications will give you the detail of the reservation that has been cancelled as well as the billing status (see our cancellation policy for more detail).
Around 4pm each day, we will send you an agenda email to remind you and your team of any guests coming in tomorrow. The agenda email will include detail on guest name, workspace, reservation times, and guest information (if provided).
Note: The agenda email will only include information for LiquidSpace, credit card billed guests. It will not be sent for venue-billed member reservations.
Since many LiquidSpace users will book their reservations in advance, we also provide a reminder 15-minutes before a guest is due to arrive at your space. You can receive these notifications via email or text message. We recommend a text message to help remind you to finalize amenity prep and return to the front desk to be able to greet your guests upon arrival. We’ll keep the arrival notification short and sweet by providing the guest name, number of attendees and arrival time.
