I don't think my calendar integration is working.

If you have activated a calendar integration with LiquidSpace and you think something isn't working quite right, here are a few things to keep in mind. 

Time Limits: The LiquidSpace calendar pulls in all reservations from your external calendar up to 90 days in the future. If you are looking at the LiquidSpace calendar more than 90 days in the future and don't see reservations, that's why. But don't worry. If someone tries to book past that date, we'll double-check your Google calendar before we allow them to book. If you have an integration added, you're safe from double bookings. 

New Workspaces: Have you added a new workspace recently? We do need to manually activate the integration for each workspace. Please reach out to support@liquidspace.com if you have a new workspace that you need added to your integration. 

Time Delays: LiquidSpace checks your external calendar often. However, it may take up to 10 minutes (maximum) for your external reservation to show on the LiquidSpace calendar. But don't worry. Just like with time limits, if someone tries to book that time/date, we'll double-check your Google calendar before we allow them to book. If you have an integration added, you're safe from double bookings.
