Editing Guest Reservations

To make it easy for you to manage guest activity at your venue, you have the ability to edit any reservation that is on your LiquidSpace calendar. This means you can process change requests from your LiquidSpace guests without having to contact the LiquidSpace team. 

After navigating to you venue's Calendar tab in the Venue Manager, here's what you can do on behalf of a guest reservation:

Cancel the reservation
If a guest reaches out to let you know that they won't be needing the space they reserved, you can cancel the reservation immediately on their behalf. Single click on the reservation to view the details and choose Delete and confirm to cancel. You and the guest will receive emails confirming cancellation.

Change the reservation date, time, or requested amenities
If a guest contacts you to let you know they'd like to adjust their reservation date, time or requested amenities you can do that for them. Single click on the reservation to view the details and click Edit. Choose the corrected date, start/end time, or amenity changes and click complete. You and the guest will receive emails confirming all changes.

Change the room of the reservation
If you discover that a guest's needs will be better served in a different space, you can move the reservation from one room to other. Single click on the reservation to view the details and click Edit. Click on the room of the reservation at the top of the edit screen and click to view all available rooms and choose where you'd like to move the reservation. 

You'll be asked if you want to honor the price of the original room or use the price of the new workspace. The may vary if you a changing the room due to an internal problem with the first space or a requested change/upgrade by the guest. Choose existing or new and then press Complete to apply the changes. You and the guest will receive emails confirming all changes.
