Integrating your LiquidSpace calendar with the Steelcase RoomWizard is a great way to display the real-time status of your room's availability within your venue. Set up a tablet to display outside each of your LiquidSpace workspaces and your guests and members will always be able to know when/if a space is reserved.
You can use Microsoft Exchange or Google calendars to connect your LiquidSpace calendar to the Steelcase RoomWizard.
Once that's completed, follow the RoomWizard instructions to connect with your calendars. The integration will ensure your display shows all reservations, whether created in your external calendar or LiquidSpace.
