If your venue is using a Microsoft Exchange server to manage your workspace calendars via Outlook, you can sync them with your LiquidSpace calendars to make sure that your calendars are up-to-date with all reservations.
To add an Exchange integration, you'll need to have your Exchange administrator follow these three steps:
1) Ensure that Exchange Web Services is enabled.
2) Create an account for LiquidSpace within your windows domain and make that user a delegate for each Exchange mailbox used for your workspaces.
3) Email the Exchange username, password, Exchange Web Services URL, and the email address for each room to be integrated to [email protected]
