If your venue is using a Microsoft Exchange server to manage your workspace calendars via Outlook, you can sync them with your LiquidSpace calendars to make sure that your calendars are up-to-date with all reservations.
To add an Exchange integration, you'll need to have your Exchange administrator follow these three steps:
1) Ensure that Exchange Web Services is enabled.
2) Create an account for LiquidSpace within your windows domain and make that user a delegate for each Exchange mailbox used for your workspaces.
3) Email the Exchange username, password, Exchange Web Services URL, and the email address for each room to be integrated to firstname.lastname@example.org
