Your venue description and photos help set your space apart from other options. Set these up in the Settings --> Description and Photos section of your Venue Manager.


Use the description boxe to share what makes your venue unique and why guests would want to work there. Include details like location, nearby sites/attractions, types of workspaces you offer, and what kind of environment you provide. Guests are looking for all different kinds of space, so the more detail you can provide, the more likely a guest will be sure your venue is the right space for them and book it.

Need more space? Click "show" by Additional Details for more description fields. 

A picture really is worth a thousand words. The best way to market your space to potential guests is through the use of high quality, accurate images of your space. 

In the Settings --> Photos section of your Venue Manager you can upload your:

Venue Logo
Help guests spot your brand in the marketplace by uploading a square logo.

Venue Gallery
Help guests get a feel for your space and decide if it's a good fit for them. A great venue gallery will include images of your building exterior, entry, building lobby, venue lobby, reception, or other common areas. 

Once these fields are completed, the main section of your online venue profile will be complete and look like the one below:
