To edit your account info and profile photo, log into LiquidSpace then choose Settings from the menu at top-right within your account dashboard.
Three things you'll want to do right away:
|Add your photo simply by clicking on the top left profile photo area, as shown in the example above.
Why? Adding a profile photo ensures that your venue host knows who to look for so they can be better prepared to greet you upon your arrival at their space. You can optionally add something fun, so long as it's appropriate for all audiences, like we've done in the example. It's totally up to you!
|Add your contact information.
Confirm that your first and last name and the name of your company listed within your profile are accurate. Also make sure we have the best phone number and email address on file for you. The LiquidSpace team (or your venue host) will reach out using this contact info if there are any questions or issues regarding a reservation.
|Add your payment information.
Scroll down to the Payment Method section and add your credit card or link a bank account for payments. Having a payment method on file will make booking much faster! And, don't worry, your information is safe. No one other than our credit card processor, not even LiquidSpace, has access to your credit card information.
Note: Linked Bank Accounts are only an option for paying for your long-term (Monthly) reservations. Hourly/daily reservations are always paid with a credit card.
